Refund policy

Because printing is often custom, returns work a bit differently than standard retail. This policy explains what’s eligible and how we handle problems.

1) Custom and made-to-order items

Most printed products are custom-made and are not returnable for change-of-mind reasons (wrong size chosen, design preference changes, late approvals, etc.).

2) When we will replace or refund

We will work with you if:

  • The order arrives damaged in transit

  • The product has a production defect (wrong item, incorrect quantity, major misprint compared to approved proof)

3) Proof-approved artwork disclaimer

If you approved a proof and later notice a typo or design error that was visible in the proof, it is not considered a production defect.

4) Reporting window

Report issues within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). Include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging (especially for damage)

5) How resolution works

After review, we may:

  • Reprint and reship (most common), or

  • Issue a partial/full refund when appropriate

6) Shipping costs for returns/replacements

  • For verified defects, incorrect items, or transit damage: we cover reasonable replacement shipping

  • For non-defect requests: returns are generally not accepted for custom goods

7) Order cancellations

If you cancel before production starts, we refund minus a 5% processing offset (non-recoverable payment processor fees). If production has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
