These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the SPEEDEE PRINTING website and services (“Services”). By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using our site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1) Business information

2) Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live) to order. If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.

3) Artwork, rights, and customer responsibilities

By uploading or submitting artwork, you confirm you have the rights/permission to use it. You are responsible for:

  • Spelling, layout, and content accuracy

  • Final proof approval

  • Ensuring your files meet print requirements (size/bleed/resolution)

We are not responsible for errors approved in the final proof.

4) Color, materials, and production variations

Printing involves acceptable tolerances. Colors can vary due to:

  • Monitor/display settings

  • Paper/stock differences

  • Ink behavior and finishing methods
    Small shifts and batch variation are normal and not considered defects.

5) Orders, payments, and errors

Placing an order authorizes us and our payment partners to charge your payment method for totals, taxes, and shipping. We may cancel or limit orders due to availability, suspected fraud/abuse, policy violations, or obvious listing errors. If canceled, we’ll refund promptly.

6) Shipping; title and risk

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. To the extent permitted by law, title and risk of loss generally transfer when the carrier accepts the shipment.

7) Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy below.

8) User submissions (reviews/photos)

If you submit reviews or photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content in connection with the Services. Do not submit unlawful or infringing material.

9) Intellectual property

All site content (excluding user submissions and customer artwork) is owned by SPEEDEE PRINTING, INC. or its licensors and is protected by IP laws.

10) Disclaimers

Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” except where prohibited by law. We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted.

11) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPEEDEE PRINTING, INC. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Florida unless otherwise required by law.

13) Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes take effect indicates acceptance.
