Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy describes production/processing times, delivery estimates, and guidance for time-sensitive print orders.
1) Where we ship
We ship to U.S. addresses. Some items may be restricted based on size, weight, or carrier rules.
2) Production time (printing turnaround)
Most jobs enter production after:

Payment is confirmed, and

Proofs are approved (when proofs are provided)
Standard production time depends on the product, quantity, finishing (lamination, binding, cutting), and seasonality. If you have a hard deadline, include it in your order notes or contact us before ordering.
3) Transit estimates (after dispatch)

Standard: typically 3–7 business days

Expedited: typically 2–5 business days (if offered)
These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather and carrier delays may affect delivery.
4) Proof approval and deadline planning
Delays in proof approval can shift ship dates. For event orders, approve proofs promptly and order early. We can’t guarantee arrival by a specific date unless a guaranteed service is explicitly offered and purchased.
5) Tracking & split shipments
Tracking is emailed when a label is created; carrier scans may take up to 48 hours to appear. Some orders may ship in multiple packages (for example, large quantities or mixed products).
6) Address accuracy
Verify your shipping address and contact number at checkout. If an order is returned due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.
7) Damaged, missing, or delayed packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, email support@speedeepr.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). Include your order number and photos if applicable.
